In addition to being the driving force behind Voxeo's technology innovation and integration, Auburn is also the editor and chair of the W3C Call Control XML (CCXML) standard, co-author and editor of the W3C's State Chart XML (SCXML) standard, and an active leader on a number of other standards, including VoiceXML, Media Control, and SIP.
Auburn is an acknowledged expert in the fields of voice recognition, call control, and call center integration, and has been working with and on next-generation telephony projects and standards since the age of 15.
